The choice of student activists (BEM, HMJ, and UKM) is the main object of this research in the relation to political and legal attitudes as students attitudes, particularly UIN (at least BEM, HMJ and UKM). in the Case of 1st September 2010, it is relevant related to political freedom (Speech and demonstration) as origally expression for a such freedom. Then it results in violence attitude and has an implication on breaking laws and the disqualification as students.
