Anaphylaxis is an acute systemic reaction with symptoms of an immediate-type allergic reaction which can involve the whole organism and is poten-tially life-threatening [1–3].  e de nition of anaphylaxis is not globally uni-form. At present di erent classi cation systems are used. In German-speaking countries, the classi -cation used here has generally been applied until now.
