Hydronephrosis during pregnancy is a common condition that usually has a benign course. Gestational hydronephrosis usu-ally occurs during the second half of the pregnancy and is
more prevalent and severe on the right side. Women with gestational hydronephrosis are often asymptomatic. However, unilateral or bilateral flank pain of various intensities is not uncommon [1]
