Peritoneal melanosis is a rare condition characterized by pig-ment deposition in the peritoneum. Benign peritoneal melanosis may occur in association with other congenital cystic conditions such as ovarian dermoid, peritoneal, enteric duplication cysts, or even gastric triplication.
